早在6月底，相关部门宣布从7月1日开始，取消国内高等教育学历学位认证服务收费，取消原来的成绩单认证，并且只提供中文认证服务。
归纳几点就是：
UNSW（新南威尔士大学）：
关于近期清华认证中心的审核变动，UNSW随即更新了相应要求：
1. 2018年7月入学的学生不再需要提供清华认证，但学校仍会另寻途径核实提供材料的真实度；
2. 针对2019年T1和T3入学，学校稍后会公布具体操作细则。
具体信息，详见下文。
Due to recent changes to English CDGDC verification services, we would like toadvise you that for the remainder of the Semester 2, 2018 intake period,Chinese applications will not require CDGDC verification. Instead, UNSW Sydneywill be assessing Chinese qualifications based solely the applicant’stranscript.
Current applicants will have the CDGDC requirement removed from theirapplication, and will continue to be assessed as normal. Applicants and agentswill be required to upload their transcripts via Apply Online if theyhave not already done so. Once a student has enrolled, our admissions team willconduct back-to-source checks to verify transcripts.
Please note that this approach will not carry forward into our Term 1 &Term 3 intake period for 2019. We will be in touch with an updated process inthe coming weeks.
USYD（悉尼大学）：
悉尼大学也公布了针对近期清华认证变化的解决方案，概况如下：
1. 学生需要提供清华认证的验证码；
2. 学校针对受此影响的学生将采用类似与Conditional CoE的Special Admissions Process:
a. Package CET语言的学生将收到SAP Conditional offer，可以如期入读语言课程；
b. 没有语言条件的学生将会收到SAP Unconditional offer;
3. 待清华认证回复常态后，需要补交所有材料；
4. 需要提供清华认证的国内合作办学项目也同样适用此政策。

Admissions will process applications as per normal. Anyapplications affected due to above will be included in the new SpecialAdmissions Process. Agents or Applicants must provide CDGDC degree verificationnumber.
– For those who have English and CDGDC conditions will be issued with a SAPConditional offer with English only so they can start CET (subject meeting GPA)
– For those who have CDGDC only condition will be issued with SAP Unconditionaloffer (subject meeting GPA)
Once the transcript verification service from CDGDC isavailable, agents or applicants must submit the CDGDC academic report andAdmissions will complete the processing. This is also applied to thejoint program students who are required to submit Chinese part transcript CDGDCreport.
